Pancakes 'Oat Sesamin Steak Salad'

~ Pancakes gone Savoury with Plentiful sesame seeds ~
‘Black and White Sesame seed stacked American Steak salad Pancakes.
With Mayo (Link) and pre-prepared steak (Link) Showing that pancakes are just as wonderful savoury. Scrapings of Dijon mustard was also used, reminding me of hot-dogs at the fair. PS - you may need to lock away any four legged critters. ... What I Used;
Mayonnaise 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cayenne' (Link)
Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive' (Link)
Prep ahead 'Steak Chilli' (Link)
Sesame seeds Black
Sesame seeds White
Oat Flour
Baking Powder
Skim Milk
Eggs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Parsley
Carrot
Cucumber
Tomato
Mustard Dijon
... Trouble
... Combine dry bowl - Oat flour, baking powder and Sesame seeds
... Create a well in the flour and crack a couple of eggs into the centre. Whisk the eggs without absorbing the flour before adding olive oil and milk to create desired batter. Combine well whilst the pan heats up with a spray of olive oil
... Pour out some batter, cooking for a couple of minutes before flipping and cooking a further minute
... Set aside salad (Precooked steak cut to ribbons, Cucumber julienne...
... Carrots julienne, little parsley and a squashed tomato with a sprinkle of sesames
... Repeat with the rest of the batter, scrapping the occasional Dijon between. Fill salad between cakes. Finish off pouring salad juices over the stack and dollop with fresh olive cayenne mayo
