Pancakes 'Oat CCNT Yogi Citrin'

~ Fat Burning Oatmeal Coconut flax pancakes topped yogi cin ~
‘Light as air coconut oat pancakes with flaxmeal. As cooking they
truly resemble giant soft cookies. I'm still working on the Oat to CCnut flour mix, still not quite there still playing with the cooking times consequently (Getting closer to perfect though) Pancakes are topped with Greek yogurt Mix which contains Cinnamon and Citrus Carnitine (Link) for a super fat burn with carnitine and CLA. ... What I Used;
Oat Flour
Baking Powder
Coconut Flour
Beetroot sugar
Meal 'Brown Flax/Linseeds' (Link)
Skim Milk
Purée 'Apple Pink Lady' (Link)
Eggs
Vanilla bean
Oil Spray 'Rice Bran' (Link)
Cinnamon ground
Yoghurt Greek
Citrus Carnitine (Link) by NOW brand
... Combine the Dry bowl - Flours, Baking powder, Beetroot sugar, Cinnamon and flaxmeal
... Combine the Wet bowl - starting with whisking the eggs. Mix in milk, purée and vanilla bean. Mix and then add to the dry bowl to combine
... Cook 1/3 cup of batter on a rice bran oil coated non-stick pan for a minute before flipping to cook for a further minute
... Mix up yoghurt with Cinnamon and the carnitine liquid (Link) citrus
... Serve up pancakes with a dollop of the yogurt mix
