• Boiling water
• Glass Teapot

... Place a pod in the teapot and pour over boiling water 

... Allow to seep for 5 minutes 

... Remember you can refill with water when the pots empty a few times to leech out the tea

... For Super soft Skin I usually add powdered goats milk to my milk bath, but I also added tea flowers... Divine :D

Is it me or can you see people and a man looking back at me
from the glass mug... Totally eerie...... :zzz
I was on my own when taking these pics, no TV in the middle of
the day and the lens was only 10cm away from the mug.

... What I Used;

• Numi Starlight Rose White Tea with Rosebud centre Pod
• Boiling water
• Glass Teapot

... White tea HAS hands down more of the same antioxidants that Green tea has, albeit it is from the same plant as the Green tea but is more of a delicacy. White tea is also more expensive and tastes different to the Green, having a smoother, gentler, almost sweet taste. White tea is less processed than the green variety being steamed, fired and rolled but NOT partially fermented like the Green variety.
... Black tea to note is fully fermented. As for caffeine - depends on your goals doesn't it? Carefully cycled and used intermittently it can yield amazing results in fat loss and psyche performance at the right times.
... White tea doesn't have as much caffeine as Green but has more antioxidants... So if your goals for Immune system/Vitality with your nutrition this month then go White. However if your leaning towards more fat loss and psyche arousal, Guzzle down the Green. I Like making a 2 Litre bottle to guzzle down during the day (Yes looks like urine but it is NOT - for all of you that have looked and wondered :p).Approximate grams of Caffeine in 1 Cup of, line Up;

• 20g Green tea
• 15g White tea
• 45g Black tea

... Place a star pod in the teapot and pour over boiling water 

... Allow to seep for 5 minutes
