Waffles 'Buttermilk Gin Berry'

~ Full of Ginger spice Buttermilk Waffles Topped Blueberry ~
‘Creamy warm Buttermilk ginger tang waffles topped berry conserve,
made with oat and rice flour. They're Low in Fat, with rice bran oil and baked in a waffle Iron (I used an electric One – Link Coming) for only 4 minutes/Minimal Heat Time... Full of Ginger Buttermilk Goodness and tang... I really only eat starchy carbs once a day in the form of a gluten free grain and once a day in the form of a root vegetable... I love these waffles, So... when dieting down - I only make these on the days called "Feed Days" These guys freeze extremely well. Don't forget there’s more post Links at the end of this creation. ... What I Used;
Brown Rice Flour
Whole Oat Flour
Date sugar (made only from the dried fruit)
Oil Spray 'Rice Bran' (Link)
Rice bran oil
Skim Buttermilk
Egg

Dutch Cinnamon
Ginger
Baking powder
Blueberry Cane Sugar free Conserve
... Mix dry bowl with Brown Rice flour, Whole Oat flour, Baking powder, Beetroot sugar, Dutch cinnamon and Ginger, whisked together. Separately Whisk up Wet bowl with Eggs, Pure Vanilla essence, Rice Bran oil and skim Buttermilk. Mix the wet bowl into the dry
... Pour and Grill 2 waffles in the grill two at a time for 4 minutes, using a waffle iron coated with Rice bran oil spray. Serve up with a dollop of conserve (cinnamon dusting optional)
