Muffins 'Sultana Oat Bran'

Gluten free Oatbran Muffins full of Sultanas
-☽✧-Δ-✧☾-

Golden cereal and Muffin in one full of sultanas and oat bran, gluten free as always, made with oat flour, oat bran and beetroot sugar. These guys are perfect for breakfast on the go, especially after morning training sessions. Just make sure to add a shake or some clean protein in there. ✧☾ What I Used ☽✧
Oat flour (from whole oats)
Oat bran
Beetroot sugar
Sultanas (Sugar oil free - No added stuff beyond grapes)
Pinch of cracked Sea Salt
Baking powder
Skim milk
Rice Bran Oil
An egg
✧☾ Method☽✧
Combine dry bowl - Oat flour, Oat bran, Salt, Baking powder, Beetroot sugar and Sultanas.
Combine wet bowl - Whisking together egg, oil and milk.
Add the wet to dry and just combine.
Line Texan muffin tray with baking paper and pour batter into each.
Bake 35 minutes on moderate.
If freezing make sure to allow to cool down first
