Pancakes 'Ginger Kamuat'

~ Oatmeal flour pancakes with plentiful ginger spice in the mix ~
'Light golden perfect pancakes with a zing of ground ginger in the
mix. My best pancake mix yet made with wait for it - oatmeal flour. Grind up whole oats to make the flour. Apple sauce is also used in the batter to replace any butter or oil in the mix.  This is a yummy and brilliant way to eat your oatmeal don't you think? Top with sugar cane free Kumquat preserve from France - heaven. Don't forget there’s more post Links at the end of this creation. Enjoy :D'

Eggs
Sugar cane free Kumquat conserve - to top
... Combine the Dry bowl - Flours, Baking powder, Beetroot sugar and Ginger. Combine the Wet bowl - starting with whisking the eggs
... Add Apple sauce and Milk. Mix and then add to the dry bowl to combine
... Cook 1/3 cup of batter on a rice bran oil coated non-stick pan for a minute before flipping to cook for a further minute. Serve up topped with the sugar cane free conserve. A little trick with this batter is you can let it sit to thicken if you prefer for a fluffier pancake
