From Chapter 08 Supplement (Link)rehabilitation) I like to give my muscles and overall body super doses of key building and recovery nutrients. Unfortunately there's allot of pre mixed crap out there these days and I recommend as a Specialist in Performance Nutrition, to buy good quality pure grade nutrients/supplements and to mix your own doses. This also gives you the advantage of changing doses and combinations "based" on performance goals. I recommend researching the quantities of key ingredients of those bright chemical cocktail amino drinks to make your own ratios as a general rule of thumb but I don’t advise going beyond that in experimentation. Beyond those retailed ratios is where I’d advise a specialist in performance nutrition for not just safety but also relativity. I also (to save time and hassle) pre measure a whole weeks worth into salad dressing tubs.
