Training Dustmix 'BCAA Glut AAKG L Tyro'

~ Amino Acid mix with no added nasty and totally controllable ratios ~
‘During and around training (yes even now with just physical
rehabilitation) I like to give my muscles and overall body super doses of key building and recovery nutrients. Unfortunately there's allot of pre mixed crap out there these days and I recommend as a Specialist in Performance Nutrition, to buy good quality pure grade nutrients/supplements and to mix your own doses. This also gives you the advantage of changing doses and combinations "based" on performance goals. I recommend researching the quantities of key ingredients of those bright chemical cocktail amino drinks to make your own ratios as a general rule of thumb but I don’t advise going beyond that in experimentation. Beyond those retailed ratios is where I’d advise a specialist in performance nutrition for not just safety but also relativity. I also (to save time and hassle) pre measure a whole weeks worth into salad dressing tubs. When, I have my training dust :) I simply add to a shaker of cold water and Diet Natural cordial Sugar free, shake and guzzle :=) Just to note, I get my supps here at a super cheap rate from I herb in the states (Just click here to go to IHerb and get your discount)Don't forget there’s more post Links at the end of this creation. Enjoy :D'

... What I Used;
BCAA powder
Glutamine powder
AAKG powder
L-Tyrosine powder
... Metal measuring spoons and mini/small dressing tubs with lids are essential. Start with adding to the tubs - the BCAA powder, then Glutamine, then AAKG, then L-Tyrosine (Has the extra benefit in cognitive function/health & the nervous system) done. I measure out a week’s worth, so all I have to do is pack n go n the morning. Save the hassle of scooping serves daily & carrying tubs/bottles around :D There you go, save money & time whilst cutting out the unnecessary chemical crap & DIY Training dust :D

... This is ‘My Basic Mix’ I usually add others to depending on season and training/health objectives in 2 serve per tub, tubs. like to make 2 serves per tub for 1 training session to bracket drinking up half before & half after training
... The Ingredient inspector strikes AGAIN! Hahaha.. The Shalabams Nod of Approval LOLO... Yep she's fully hogging the camera now. For those who don't know Sha is a gym cat. When I got her at 6 weeks old she came with me to the gym in Prahan "Colts" for I had a client, before taking her home. She spent the whole time sniffing dumbbells & checking out herself/form in the wall mirrors :D
