Meal 'Brown Flax/Linseeds'

~ Grind up your own Flax Meal in a Blender ~
'Prepare this amazing superfood for optimal digestion. In turn
saving money, it’s amazing how much extra you're charged for a quick process. I which you can just throw into the blender and grind yourself in under 60 seconds. The other advantage in the knowledge of exact source and quality of flax-seeds blended into meal. Blending or baking also assists the body to break this food down, and is wonderful in baked or grilled foods. Today I ground the Brown variety of Flax-seed (AKA Linseed's) which I also like whole in my roasted muesli. Whole Brown Organic Flax-seeds
... Simply add Flaxseeds of Quality - be they Brown or Gold Variety to a blender
... Blend and Pulse occasionally scraping down the sides. Then pour and store. Texture can be changed according to taste and or Recipe requirements. This super food contains more of the fat burning omega fatty acid than any other. 50g (1/3 cup) is the equivalent of 9g of Protein, 17g of super fat burning fat, 10g Carbohydrate and 14g of Fibre
