saving money, it’s amazing how much extra you're charged for a quick process. I which you can just throw into the blender and grind yourself in under 60 seconds. The other advantage in the knowledge of exact source and quality of flax-seeds blended into meal. Blending or baking also assists the body to break this food down, and is wonderful in baked or grilled foods. Today I ground the Brown variety of Flax-seed (AKA Linseed's) which I also like whole in my roasted muesli.
