Roasted Pot Crisps Car Fries 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sea Salt Kale Top'

'Roasted Crisps with bright carrot fries, topped with ribbons of Kale. Roasted with Spray of Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin
Olive Oil' (Link). Kale, Crispy Shredded Kale surpasses Spinach as a Nutrient Powerhouse and is all so pretty. Allot like Cabbage in texture, cross between Spinach and Nori like in Taste.When Baked ever so crispy, shredded Kale has a melt in mouth effect. ... What I Used;
  • Spray of Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' (Link)
  • Pinch of Sea Salt ground 
  • Kale
  • Whole potatoes Skins on 
  • Carrots Skins on
... Wash and shred the Kale, Potatoes and Carrots with the SKINs on. Thinly slice the Potatoes (Done here in the blender) and Julienne the Carrots. So much nutrition in the skins so keep them on. Lay on a baking paper lined pizza tray
... Top with a healthy amount of shredded kale and sprinkle with ground Sea salt. Spray with Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' (Link) and bake for 45 minutes to a perfect with an extra crispy bottom. I used this roasted veg next day in my lunch box with pre-grilled chicken. Perfect lunch :D
