Veg Prep challenge

Adding to the Pantry Corner & Veg Prep to Save Time& Ensure I meet Training Needs/Gains...




Adding Bag 1 - PURE (No added anything including Cane Sugar) Fresh Rosemary & Best ever protein source "Eggs"

Carrots... I typically go through a kilo a week, but as always do not have the time to prep/cook everyday,
so I prep a large bag & store to take as I need :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD too easy..

Being prepared is essential for good nutrition & NOT wasting time,
