rich Apple Cider Vinegar BAKED Doughnuts, Coated in
Apple Cider Vinegar Sweet Gel and Dipped in Date Cinn. My Previous trials were the Dough Buttons version, which were silky pillow like SOFT. In this version I've baked them in a Doughnut Tin. Which means; more size, Half crunchy and Half soft with a denser texture. I also made the dipping cider mix into a clear sweet gel (latter was a wonderful accident :) and Yes again - Apple Cider Vinegar... You read correctly, brimming with Super health benefits this liquid gold also gives these Half crunch Half silk doughnuts a real kick and tang. ... What I Used;

... Combine the Wet bowl, Whisked eggs, then add the Rice bran oil to mix, then Apple sauce and PURE Vanilla bean to mix. Mix in the Apple cider vinegar |
... Combine the Dry bowl,
Oat flour, Brown rice flour, Baking powder, Beetroot sugar, Cinnamon ground and
Nutmeg ground

... Mix the wet
ingredients into the dry bowl. Pour out batter into Doughnut tins (sprayed with
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil) Baked golden 15 minutes later

...Out to cool for 10
minutes - stacked ready to coat and Sprinkle

... Mix Apple Cider
Vinegar with some Beetroot Sugar and Cinnamon. If you leave this sauce
overnight in the fridge it turns into a sweet gel

... Brush on the Apple Cider Glossy sweet Gel over the soft tops. Then dip coated top into a bowl of Date Sugar mixed with Cinnamon |
