... Earlier this morning the combination of dried beans and lentils were added to a large pot with boiling water to soak with the sea salt and bay leaf |
... Then strained later on in the evening |
... The legume mix is rinsed and drained. More water is added, along with Jar of Tomatoes and PURE Tomato Purée. Add the sliced celery, onion and carrot. Stir through |
... Over low heat stir through the olive oil, spices, garlic and parsley to taste |
... Simmered for 40 minutes over low |
... Some in a bowl for now and some mugged to freeze to take and go throughout the week with BPA free freezable and heatable mugs |
