24th April 2013 Frank Assessment in Rehab Progress

Before I canTraining Markers

I'm really grateful that allot has been achieved that many wouldn't be able to under the same conditions thus far but these are the tracking summary's made, with the collective of myself, sports psyche, physio and surgeon...

Physically

  • Before I can squat, I need to be able to Donkey Kick with a Neutral & aligned pelvis
  • Before I can build Traps, I need Whiplash resolution (Via rehab efforts over time)
  • Before I can power lift, I need Whiplash resolution (Via rehab efforts over time)
  • Before I can bench press loaded on a flat bench, I need to balance push on an incline with an Oly bar then Oly bar on the flat in balance
  • Before I can do cardio, I need hip catching resolution (Via rehab efforts over time, esp modified indoor cycling)
  • Before I can perform maximum pilates/ROM/Dancers range attainable back, I need to endure and complete the rehab/time that it takes
  • Before I can perform maximum yoga range attainable back, I need to endure and complete the rehab/time that it takes
  • Before I can get on a bike if I ever can bring myself to, on a Victorian or any road again for that matter, I need to endure and complete the rehab/time that it takes and have legal/justice resolution
  • Before I can walk around all day without bother & discomfort/hip/knee pain, I need to endure and complete the rehab/time that it takes
  • Before I can rock climb, horse ride or play Kendo again, I need to endure and complete the rehab/time that it takes and start the activities from basic levels again - Hopefully by October/November this year

Psychologically
  • Before I can have a day without flashbacks of the attack or the way (PTSD and Hypervigilence) I've been treated/spoken to along the way I need to NOT have to verbally fight for a day for my rights or or just treatment, plus endure and complete the rehab/time that it takes for a day
  • Before I can have a week without flashbacks of the attack or the way (PTSD and Hypervigilence) I've been treated/spoken to along the way I need to NOT have to verbally fight for a day for my rights or or just treatment, plus endure and complete the rehab/time that it takes for some days
  • Before I can have a month without flashbacks of the attack or the way (PTSD and Hypervigilence) I've been treated/spoken to along the way I need to NOT have to verbally fight for a day for my rights or or just treatment, plus endure and complete the rehab/time that it takes for a month
  • I need to be prepared for final physical limitations as they arise (still early days for that conclusion on anything :)

Socially and Family wise

  • Before I can travel without discomfort I need Whiplash resolution (Via rehab efforts over time)
  • Before I can go on a holiday esp back home to Spain I need to endure and complete the rehab/time that it takes, without the need for bi weekly physio care
  • Before I can actually go out and socialize at ease without dizzy head I need whiplash resolution (Via rehab efforts over time)

Meanwhile
  • I'm maintaing the few combined Corporate at at office and Personal training clients I have
  • I'm aiming to get my body back looking awesome
  • I'm building the roots and background of my business back up for re-launch
  • I'm redoing research for extra IDEA points
  • All goes well I'm dieting for Bikini in 3 months and or... 
  • Doing a yoga pilates photo shoot just before competing October this year
  • Oh yeah trying to keep my head together/level
