Doubuttons™ ironed 'Oat Maple Ginger Dble'

~ Mini super soft doughnuts with a double hit of ginger ~
‘Light and creamy IRONED Doughnuts, with Double the Ginger kick.
Ironed in 4 minutes and served up with PURE Maple syrup. Great post training carbs, with the extra health benefits of ginger. Don't forget there’s more post Links at the end of this creation. Enjoy :D'

... What I Used;
Eggs
Rice bran oil
Purée 'Apple Apple Red Delisc' (Link)
PURE Vanilla bean
Oat flour
Baking powder
PURE Maple Syrup
Ginger ground
Ginger Kibbled (Dried)
Rice Bran Oil spray (Link)
... Enjoyed with Dilmahs Exceptional 'Acai Berry Pomegranate Vanilla’ (Link)
... Combine the Wet bowl, Whisked eggs, then add the Rice bran oil to mix, then Apple sauce and PURE Vanilla bean to mix
... Mix in dried ginger pieces and then combine the Dry bowl, Oat flour, Baking powder and Ginger powder
... Mix the wet ingredients into the dry bowl
... Pour out batter into the iron rings (sprayed with Extra Virgin Coconut Oil)
... Iron golden 4 minutes later. Leave out to cool for 10 minutes - serve up with pore maple syrup
