Cauli Curry 'Potato Pea'

'Bright Peppery, golden, juicy vegetarian stir/steam with smooth Powder Spice 'Curry Bay' (Link) Is it stir fry or steam
- it's both made mainly with cauliflower, potatoes, tomatoes and frozen peas. Don't forget the related Thumbnail Links at the end of this post, enjoy :D'

... What I Used;
  • Potatoes
  • Cauliflower
  • Tomatoes
  • Water according to needs
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Lemon juice
  • Mustard seeds Brown
  • Powder Spice 'Curry Bay' (Link)
  • Frozen Peas
... Key ingredient - Powder Spice 'Curry Bay' (Link)
... With a jar of 'Lemongrass and Ginger Tea'
... Chop up the washed tomatoes, cauliflower and potatoes into same size chunks
... Heat up seeds to toast in extra virgin olive oil to a pop (Not long - you don't want to burn) usually takes no more than a minute. Then add and stir through tomatoes
... Add and stir through the curry powder. Stir through before adding the cauliflower with a little water to steam/fry cook if the other ingredients on the pan have dried out (Keep it moist)
... Stir through over low, adding a little more water if need. Add a little lemon juice - stirring through. Put a lid on and cook over the lowest heat for 15 minutes
... Stir and cook through frozen peas for 2 to 5 minutes over a hot heat whilst you prep your favourite brew
