| ... With a jar of 'Lemongrass and Ginger Tea' |

| ... Chop up the washed tomatoes, cauliflower and potatoes into same size chunks |

| ... Heat up seeds to toast in extra virgin olive oil to a pop (Not long - you don't want to burn) usually takes no more than a minute. Then add and stir through tomatoes |

| ... Add and stir through the curry powder. Stir through before adding the cauliflower with a little water to steam/fry cook if the other ingredients on the pan have dried out (Keep it moist) |

| ... Stir through over low, adding a little more water if need. Add a little lemon juice - stirring through. Put a lid on and cook over the lowest heat for 15 minutes |
