oats with veg, nut butter and super seeds? Hot
Scottish oats cooked with RAW buckwheat (It’s a herb not grain BTW) and Pumpkin
Purée (Link) water
AND flaxseed's. With a dollop of Butter Crunch 'Maple' (Link) and
with PURE Maple syrup, sprinkled over with home-made Granola (Oil and sugar
cane free) 'Sult Almond Seed' (Link) This
is the perfect recovery meal from training in the morning or just before a big
session. I like making batches of 5 serves (As I've done here) so I'm not
cooking everyday and can take and go straight from the fridge. Don't forget

... Add oats and buckwheat
to a pot of water (I use 1 cup of oats to 2 cups water ratio) add vanilla
|
... Stir through and add flax-seeds, stir through then add the crush mix, combining well over a low heat, bring to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently |
