Oats Scott 'Pumpkin Maple Almond'

~ Crunchy granola and maple almond butter top pumpkin oats ~
Creamy and buttery ‘Full of seeds Scottish oats’ topped with
delish. Who'd thought? Cooked oats with veg, nut butter and super seeds? Hot Scottish oats cooked with RAW buckwheat (It’s a herb not grain BTW) and Pumpkin Purée (Link) water AND flaxseed's. With a dollop of Butter Crunch 'Maple' (Link) and with PURE Maple syrup, sprinkled over with home-made Granola (Oil and sugar cane free) 'Sult Almond Seed' (Link) This is the perfect recovery meal from training in the morning or just before a big session. I like making batches of 5 serves (As I've done here) so I'm not cooking everyday and can take and go straight from the fridge. Don't forget there’s more post Links at the end of this creation. Scottish oats
RAW Buckwheat
Skim milk
Water
Crush 'Almond Super Seed'

Purée 'Pumpkin'

PURE Vanilla essence or paste

Home-made Granola 'Sult Almond Seed Blossom'

Flax-seeds Brown
PURE Maple Syrup
... Perfect with Tea Black 'Peach Ginger Root' (Link)
.. Purée 'Pumpkin' (Link)
... Wonderful served ‘Chilled’ (Link)
... Add oats and buckwheat to a pot of water (I use 1 cup of oats to 2 cups water ratio) add vanilla
... Stir through and add flax-seeds, stir through then add the crush mix, combining well over a low heat, bring to boil and then simmer for 10 minutes, stirring frequently
... Stir through the purée and simmer further for 2 minutes
... Serve out oatmeal into individual bowls, dollop with the maple syrup and nut butter. Sprinkle a little Granola over the top prior to serving (If bulk preparing for the fridge, avoid pre-adding and storing with granola in the fridge - the granola otherwise will lose its crunch)
