full of veg goodness. The left over pulp was used to make homemade Pumpkin Puree’ (Link) The puree was used to make Oats Scott 'Pumpkin Maple Almond' hot or chilled (Link) One pumpkin can give 5 uses with no wastage. This is frugal living at its healthiest and best. This batch also made my Roasted Seeds 'Pumpkin Chilli' (Link) and Pumpkin Vegetable stock. ... Arrange skins on a baking paper lined baking tray skins coated in spray, facing down. Sprinkle over cayenne, seeds and some sea salt. Roast in a hot oven for 35 minutes
