It's creamy, butterish full of seeds Scottish oats This is the perfect recovery meal from training in the morning or just before a big session. ... Chill the oatmeal (Link) into
individual bowls, overnight. Serve with a dollop of maple syrup and nut butter.
Sprinkle with a little Granola over the top to serve (avoid pre-adding and
storing with granola in the fridge - the granola otherwise will lose its crunch
