Oats Scott 'Pumpkin Maple Almond' Chilled

~ Crunchy granola and maple almond butter top pumpkin oats Cold ~
Yesterdays recipe in the fridge chilled overnight - Just perfect.
Refer to it (Link) on how to cook the Scottish puree pumpkin oatmeal. It's creamy, butterish full of seeds Scottish oats This is the perfect recovery meal from training in the morning or just before a big session. I like making batches of 5 serves (As I've done here) so I'm not cooking everyday and can take and go straight from the fridge. Don't forget there’s more post Links at the end of this creation. ... Chill the oatmeal (Link) into individual bowls, overnight. Serve with a dollop of maple syrup and nut butter. Sprinkle with a little Granola over the top to serve (avoid pre-adding and storing with granola in the fridge - the granola otherwise will lose its crunch
