Roasted Pot Zucchini Crisps 'Smokin Paprika Extra Virgin Olive Oil Car Caps'

    'Roasted Crisps of Potatoes, Carrots, Zucchini and Red Capsicum. Roasted with Spray of Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' (Link). Dashed with Smoked Paprika and Sea Salt. AS for potatoes the skins are full of vitamins and fibre (So keep the Skins on) Don't forget the related Thumbnail Links at the end of this post, enjoy :D'

    ... What I Used;
    • Spray of Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' (Link)
    • Pinch of Sea Salt ground 
    • Smoked Paprika
    • Zucchini skins on
    • Red Capsicum skins on
    • Whole potatoes Skins on 
    • Carrots Skins on
    ... Wash and thinly slice (Done here in the blender) Potatoes, Carrot, Zucchini and Red Capsicums. Keep the Skins ON. So much nutrition in the skin so keep it on. Lay on a baking paper lined pizza tray 
    ... Spray with Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' (Link). Top with Smoked Paprika and sprinkle with ground Sea salt. Bake in 45 minutes with perfect with an extra crispy bottom
