... Wash and thinly slice (Done here in the blender) Potatoes, Carrot, Zucchini and Red Capsicums. Keep the Skins ON. So much nutrition in the skin so keep it on. Lay on a baking paper lined pizza tray |
... Spray with Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' (Link). Top with Smoked Paprika and sprinkle with ground Sea salt. Bake in 45 minutes with perfect with an extra crispy bottom |
