Roasted Pot Car Crisps 'Smokin Paprika Extra Virgin Olive Oil Kale Top'

'Roasted Crisps with bright carrot fries, topped with ribbons of Kale. Roasted with Spray of Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin
Olive Oil' (Link). Dashed with Smoked Paprika. Kale, Crispy Shredded Kale surpasses Spinach as a Nutrient Powerhouse and is all so pretty. Allot like Cabbage in texture, cross between Spinach and Nori like in Taste.When Baked ever so crispy, shredded Kale has a melt in mouth effect. AS for potatoes the skins are full of vitamins and fibre (So keep the Skins on) Yes same ingredients as Roasted Pot Car Fries 'Kale Top' bar the paprika (Link) just crisps not French fries. Don't forget the related Thumbnail Links at the end of this post, enjoy :D'

... What I Used;
  • Spray of Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' (Link)
  • Pinch of Sea Salt ground 
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Tuscan Kale
  • Whole potatoes Skins on 
  • Carrots Skins on
... Wash and roughly chop the Kale
... Wash potatoes with SKIN ON and thinly slice (Done here in the blender) along with Carrots. So much nutrition in the skin so keep it on. Lay on a baking paper lined pizza tray Spray with Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' (Link). Top with the ribbons of Kale and sprinkle with both Paprika and ground Sea salt. Bake in 45 minutes with perfect with an extra crispy bottom
