Powder Spice 'Curry Bay'

‘Bright Peppery and smooth curry powder with the overtone of bay
leaves. DIY Bay Curry Powder one of the answers to adding real flavour that has no added sodium or added nasties. Let’s face it sometimes eating clean can be bland AKA boiled chicken 24/7 when leaning up. The other benefit of this curry mix is its thermogenic fat burning effect and spice health benefits. ... What I Used;
Chilli flakes
Dried Bay leaves
Cumin ground
Turmeric ground
Black pepper ground
White pepper ground
... Dried up Bay leaves from a tree, snipped up into a hot non-stick pan with Chilli flakes and Ground Turmeric
... Add Cumin, both ground White and Black pepper
... With the heat on low (The smell is amazing) keep stirring through, evenly toast/stir for 5 minutes on the low heat (no oil required)
... Allow to cool in a bowl before funnelling into a storage jar/canister
