Abs, Med Delts, Serratus, Obliques, Anterior Delts, Tris, Chest, Cautious Posterior core

Modified 100s legs down with chest lift by 12 sets (1200 repetitions)
12 sets Upright rows wide and narrow grip
12 sets Cuff outs uni and dble
12 sets pullovers standing wide and narrow grip
12 sets shoulder presses uni and dble
12 sets Tricep extensions including overhead with rope
12 set chest preses, flyes machine Uni and dble
12 sets lateral raise Dble and Uni
6 sets partial dowel good mornings

protocol modify all to avoid flexion of hip stretch between blitz sets
3 hours to complete

far cry from my precollusion training
but need to get suergy
then get through rehab to stand walk again
before I can get back to my greatness :)
