Roasted Pot Crisps 'Kale Top' I

'Simple roasted purple potato crisps with sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and shreddings of kale. For lunch this was
served up with Chicken Grill Pnut 'Shirataki Garlic Herb Fettuccine'  (Link) Don't forget the related Thumbnail Links at the end of this post, enjoy :D'

... What I Used; 



  • Thinly sliced Pontiac Potatoes
  • Shredded Kale
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' (Link)
  • Sea Salt
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Chicken Grill Pnut 'Shirataki Garlic Herb Fettuccine'  (Link)

  • ... Lay potatoes out on a baking sheet lined baking tray. Sprinkle or spray with oil, dash with the salt and rosemary. Roast for 30 minutes, top the kale , spray again with oil and roast for a further 15 minutes. Served up below with Chicken Grill Pnut 'Shirataki Garlic Herb Fettuccine'  (Link)
