Schnitzel Cauli 'Oat Bake'

~ Steaks of Cauliflower turned Cauliflower Schnitzels ~
‘Golden, creamy and juicy 'Have your veg and Schnitzel in ones' Baked
Cauli steaks coated in Oatmeal flour batter. Surprisingly high in protein with the Low fat with Low fat creamed cottage cheese (also High whey content). I dipped these babies in Mayonnaise 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cayenne' (Link) made with whole eggs. Perfect Lunch for me (I did also end up cracking some sea salt over the top) Don’t forget there’s more post Links at the end of this creation. Enjoy :D'

... What I Used;
Cauliflower cut 1cm Thick
Low fat Creamed Cottage Cheese
Eggs
Oatmeal flour made from Whole oats
Cracked Sea Salt
... Cut Cauliflower into 1cm steaks. Whisk eggs in a small bowl before mixing in the Low fat creamed Cottage cheese
... Mix in the Oat flour made from whole Oats
... Dip and coat all the Cauli Steaks. Line a baking tray with baking paper
... Arrange the battered cauli steaks and bake in 30 minutes
