Recovery Balls 'Apricot CCNT'

~ Coconut coated Walnut Recovery Balls gone Apri ~
‘Way to easy, simple as blending dried Apricots, Sultanas and crushed
California Walnuts - together. Coated with shredded Coconut and set in the fridge. Served up with my Amino Training Drink 'Cran Boysenberry'(Link) using Training Dust in the mix (Link). ... What I Used;
Naturally Dried Turkish Apricots
Sultanas
California Walnuts Shredded
Coconut to coat
Food processor/Blender/Set in the fridge
... Add Shredded (Not Desiccated) Coconut Flakes to a bowl and the California Walnut Halves to the Blender to process to a crumble, Remove. Add the Naturally Dried Turkish Apricots to the food processor to mince, before adding in the Sultanas. Processing furthermore to combine
... Add the Walnut crush and blend to combine
... Scoop out a Tablespoon to get ready for sticky hands :P Roll into a Ball between palms. Drop into the Coconut flake bowl and Coat, pressing the shreds in by hand. Repeat until all balls are created. Set in the fridge overnight to firm
