Roasted Wedges 'Smoked Paprika Rose' Dressed Yogi 'Orange Wakame'

~ Smokey Paprika topped Wedges ~
‘Roasted Purple Potato Wedges with a Spray of Oil Spray 'Extra
Virgin Olive Oil' (Link) skins intact (Helps to achieve their optimal nutrition) added paprika for the metabolism and chunks of carrots with skin on (Ups the health voltage again) Sprinkled with fresh Rosemary - too easy. ... What I Used;
Purple Potatoes (Pontiacs)
Carrots
Fresh Rosemary
Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' (Link)
Coarse sea salt (Optional)
Smoked Paprika
Dressed up - Yogi Orange 'Wakame Dressing' (Link)
... Potatoes and Carrots, all washed up. Wedge up the purple skinned potatoes and cut carrots in similar sized chunks. Snip some fresh Rosemary (Always keep the skins for optimal nutrition - make sure to scrub up the veg however)
... Arrange potatoes and carrots on a baking paper lined baking tray and sprinkle with Smoked Paprika and Rosemary. Spray over Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' (Link) to gloss
... Roast in 50 minutes and serve up with a drizzle of Yoghurt Orange 'Wakame Dressing' (Link)
