Chickpeas 'Salt n Pepper Roasted'

'Roasted Salt n Pepper Chickpeas, better than popcorn in so many ways. Full of Protein, Fibre and Quality Starchy
carbohydrate - served along side Chickpeas 'Smokin Paprika Roasted' (Link) So its how I eat it, when popcorn is usually asked for, as though it was popcorn. Brilliant in place of crudités, best served Crackling and Hot from the oven. I still need to work on this one for I want them to be able to be stored in jars whilst retaining crunch. Don't forget the related Thumbnail Links at the end of this post, enjoy :D'

... What I Used;
  • Canned PURE whole Chickpeas
  • Sea Salt
  • Freshly cracked Black Pepper
  • Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Link)

... Drain canned chickpeas, rinse and drain. Spread over a baking sheet lined tray, topped with Sea salt ground over and Freshly cracked pepper grinder over. Spray over with the Extra virgin Olive Oil spray
... Roasted in 25 minutes before turning and roasting a further 25 minutes. Keep an eye on these chicky babes and don't leave for too long for they'll burn . Cool and then store for later or individual travel snacks
