The benefits of
juicing, they're plentiful but should never be for weight loss but for boosting
an already fibrous carb rich diet and increasing one's health. A taxed
digestive system can be contributing to bloat/weight gain etc and having
balance with an anti- inflammatory diet with lots of micro-nutrient richness
and fibrous veg is the best way to naturally remedy this along with moving more
