The benefits of juicing, they're plentiful but should never be for weight loss but for boosting an already fibrous carb rich diet and increasing one's health. A taxed digestive system can be contributing to bloat/weight gain etc and having balance with an anti- inflammatory diet with lots of micro-nutrient richness and fibrous veg is the best way to naturally remedy this along with moving more and moving well. When I add juices to my dietary regimen I like sticking to this rule - always include some veg and or super nutrients/botanicals. This bright bulb of a juice has 4 serves of veg 1 serve of fruit... with the vibrancy of this Juice with Carotene richness. Carrots
Ginger
2 Tablespoons of Fresh Lemon Juice
Half an Apple
✧☾ Directions ☽✧
... Clean up de-stem carrots
... Juice the lemon juice needed
... Chop apple into medium quarters
... Slice up ginger
... Re-use recycled jars and pour in the desired lemon juice
... Place jar into the juicer recess and juice away
... Leave ginger till last
