Roasted Yell Bells 'Rosemary Olive'

~ Yellow Peppers simply Roasted ~
‘Simple, yellow gold Rosemary sprigged Bells roasted with Extra
Virgin Olive Oil. RAW is great but sometimes some prep or cooking methods can greatly improve on Mother Nature. IE Roasted your bells increases the levels of antioxidants especially when done so with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. A favourite breakfast of mine is to have these bright strips in a Warm Salad 'Chicken Down Under' (Link) side served with golden Cornbread 'Muffins'(Link) for breakfast. ... What I Used;
Yellow Capsicums
Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive' (Link)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Rosemary
A little Himalayan salt
... Used in Warm Salad 'Chicken Down Under' (Link) 
... Wonderful with Cornbread 'Muffins'(Link)
... Top, seed and slice up yellow bells
... Add to a non stick pan with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil with a sprinkle of rosemary and pinch of salt. Gloss up with a coat of Oil spray. Roast in 30 minutes
