Roasted Pot Crisps 'Kale Top' II

'Simple roasted purple potato crisps with sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, and shreddings of kale. For lunch this
was Served up alongside Chicken Salad 'CarDressed' (Link) Don't forget the related Thumbnail Links at the end of this post, enjoy :D'

... What I Used;
  • Pontiac potatoes, finely sliced
  • Kale, shredded 
  • Rosemary Sprigs, dried
  • Sea salt to grind over
  • Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive Oil' (Link)
  • Served up alongside Chicken Salad 'CarDressed' (Link)

... Lay potatoes out on a baking sheet lined baking tray. Sprinkle or spray with oil, dash with the salt and rosemary. Roast for 30 minutes, top the kale , spray again with oil and roast for a further 15 minutes. Served up alongside Chicken Salad 'CarDressed' (Link)
