Roasted 'Esp Rose Toms'

Cherry tomatoes Rosemary Roasted

Bright little gems full of lycopene for full health, definitely my fruit of choice. - roasted with extra virgin olive oil and sprigs of rosemary. Cherry Tomatoes Red
Cherry Tomatoes Yellow
Rosemary Dried
Crack of Sea Salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray (Link)
... Wash and halve tomatoes 
... Arrange on a baking sheet line baking tray
... Crack over sea salt. Sprinkle Rosemary. Spritz oil
... Roast over moderate for 30 minutes. Serve up with protein according to diet and some greens. Perfect next day too
