Butter Crunch 'Almond Brazil Cashew'

~ Home-made Crunchy ABC Butter ~
'Creamy, RAW Butter with rich EFA high Nuts. So much cheaper and
better tasting etc than commercial varieties. You will need a Blender or food processor however. Any nut/seed can be made to butter, but the secret to nuts is to use roasted ones or roast them yourself. This crunchy gold can be eaten out of the jar or used as a sundae Topper. My fav is adding a dollop to thin grilled steak and wrapping up like a fruit wrap or spring roll. You could also use this butter in the layers oatmeal or yogurt. Usually I roast the Nuts before blending to a butter but here I wanted to blend these guys up RAW. Don’t forget there’s more post Links at the end of this creation. Enjoy :D'

... What I Used;
A little Cold Pressed Macadamia Oil
RAW Almonds
RAW Brazil Nuts
RAW Cashews 
... Pour Almonds, Brazil and Cashew nuts into a bowl to combine
... Add a third of the mix to the blender and pulse. Because these nuts are RAW, expect they won’t blend as quickly as blending the roasted variety
... Repeat with the next two thirds
... Add some macadamia cold pressed oil and blend for 4 minutes. Occasionally scrape down the sides and blend for a further 4 minutes to the desired consistency
