‘Dark Coffee, Chocolate,
Pistachio nuts with the Goodness of PURE
oatmeal flour with an overtone of
Cinnamon. Loved it but have some alterations to make in my future attempts to
better these biscuit fingers. A thick black Greek coffee accompanies perfectly and
served up in a Hot chocolate pouring jug brought me back to Spanish Churros
(Doughnuts dipped in Hot chocolate) Except these are super healthy Oat flour
baked biscuits dipped in Greek Coffee at serving Don't forget there’s more post

... What I Used;
Whole Oats
Date sugar PURE
Eggs
Pistachios
Green Bean instant Coffee
granules
Italian PURE Cocoa powder
PURE Vanilla essence
Cinnamon ground
Baking powder |
... Combine dry bowl -
Oatmeal flour with a little Baking powder, Organic Italian Cocoa unsweetened
PURE powder, PURE organic Date Sugar, ground Cinnamon

... Mix in Pistachios and emulsify
coffee in a separate bowl with hot water

... Combine wet bowl -
Whisk together a couple of eggs, the above Coffee mix and Vanilla essence
|
... Use a Butcher knife to
cut into fingers and use a tin sheet to pick up all in one hit
|
... Place on Baking sheet
lined baking tray and bake in 20 minutes. Allow to cool
