Scone Rocks 'Sultana Corn Cin'

~ Oat Scones cross Rock Bun with Sultanas ~
'Cinnamon dusted Corn and Oat flour Rock Scones, baked with Sultanas
in muffin tins, dashed with cinnamon and served up with (optional) Maple Syrup. Perfect Gluten free carbs, which can be topped with PURE Coconut Cream (as Cereal) or hot with a knob of Organic Butter. Don't forget there’s more post Links at the end of this creation. Enjoy :D'

... What I Used;
Medium Grind Cornmeal
Oatmeal Flour
Baking Flour
Eggs
Oil Spray 'Rice Bran' (Link)
Rice bran oil
Maple syrup
Vanilla bean
Skim milk
Sultanas
Corn flour Masala
Cinnamon
... Combine Dry Bowl - Cornmeal, Masala, oat flour, with baking powder
... Stir through Sultanas. Whisk together Wet bowl starting with Eggs
... Then add Rice bran oil, dash of maple syrup and vanilla bean with skim milk, Whisking to combine. Mix into the dry bowl. Grease a Texan muffin tray with the rice bran oil spray. Too easy to spoon into the Muffin tins I used to keep these scones in line, sprinkle cinnamon -the Oven awaits
