Granola 'Sult Almond Crush Rose'

~ Rose Granola with Sultanas and Almond crush ~
‘Sultana and Pure Rosewater DIY Granola cooked with Crush 'Almond
Super Seed' (Link), a little Purée 'Apple Red Delisc' (Link) and a drop of PURE Maple syrup to sweeten with zero guilt. This granola can be eaten RAW or made Stove top Crunchy roast - as shown here (the latter stores for 8 weeks). Served up here with some skim milk. Can also be served with Yoghurt, Juice, or even in RAW muesli ball/bar mixes. On top of my Gelato 'CCNT Cream' (Link) would be a treat :D Granola RAW or made crunchy, a truly wonderful DIY Granola without sugar cane/gluten or Oil. ... What I Used;
Whole Rolled Oats
Sugar Cane/oil free Dried Sultanas
Skim Milk powder
Shredded dried Coconut flesh
PURE Rose Water
PURE Vanilla Essence
PURE Maple syrup
Ground Cinnamon
Ground Cloves
Ground Nutmeg
Ground Ginger
Purée 'Apple Apple Red Delisc' (Link)
Crush 'Almond Super Seed' (Link) 
... Mix together Oats, coconut, Sultanas, Almond mix
... Mix and stir through the skim milk and spices
... Meanwhile heat the apple puree in a large non-stick pot, with maple, vanilla and rose water to combine, on low
... Add a third of the RAW Granola to coat evenly. Repeat with another third. Repeat with the last third - over a LOW heat, stirring from the base to avoid burning/sticking. Cook over the lowest heat for half an hour, stirring well every 15 minute for even heating. Then allow even toasting for 6 to 8 hours of heating (Giving a good stir every 30 to 60 minutes. I allow it to completely cool down before storing. The granola is best left uncovered when cooling down to get its crunch on
