Doukies™ 'Rosemary Sesame Corn'

~ Savory Doughnut Cookie with a Crunchy Sesame top ~
‘Golden crumbly filling bites, it’s what you get when you bake cookie

From Chapter 02 Grain Starchfit (Link)
... What I Used;
Corn flour Masala
Medium Grind Cornmeal
Oatmeal Flour
Baking Flour
Dried Rosemary sprigs
Sesame Seeds
Eggs
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Skim Milk
Sea salt
Oil Spray 'Extra Virgin Olive' (Link)
... Combine the dry bowl - Whole oatmeal flour, Fine grind and Medium grind corn flours, baking powder, well
... Whisk through the Rosemary. Combine wet bowl - Start by whisking up eggs
... Before adding oil, then skim milk. Add wet to dry to combine
... Out with a heavy duty doughnut baking tin coated with rice bran oil and grab an ice-cream scoop. Measure out batter to tray moulds and press down evenly
... Sprinkle with Sesame seeds and bake in 30 minutes
