Chowder 'Corn Smoky stock free'

'Creamy Corn smoky Chowder without the cream and completely smokin' without the Ham... So much flavour that
stock isn't even required. The problem with stock is the enormous amount of sodium and or fats etc it brings. This is my favourite soup which tastes amazing. Creamy without the cream. Smokey without the Ham. Thick without thickeners. A major Vegsource and hit. Individual serves to freeze, freezes well to take and go. The Cabbage shredded, actually omits the need for cream to cream things up and the Smoked paprika gives as much smokiness as ham. ... What I Used;
  • Pontiac Potatoes
  • Sweetcorn kernels
  • Shredded Cabbage
  • Skim milk powder
  • Water
  • Smoked Paprika
  • Sea Salt
... Place shredded up cabbage and Julienne Pontiac Potatoes into a massive pot along with the sweet corn 
... Stir through, add some skim milk powder water, with rosemary, Smoked paprika and some sea salt (A little salt now means non needed later for it draws out the flavour when cooking)
 ... Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes "Important note ALLOW TO COOL BEFORE PURÉE process, or you will end up with exploding soup in blender like me :PP - Seriously the corn chowder was every where; the ceiling, my hair, shelves n all, It made more coverage than green pea soup, even exploded soup into the background splashbacks!
... All creamed up in batches, poured back into the pot to serve out, with a dash of skim milk and extra smoked paprika on top
... Batches to freeze, with BPA free microwavable mugs that is...
