soup 'turmeric yam kale'

golden, warm, spicy vegetable soup with a touch of chilli

It’s a great idea to save those veggies in the fridge when they start to wilt, for making a big pot of soup. Take a pick of your favorite type of kale with a generous amount of turmeric for good healing health for a comforting winter warmer that saves throwing out unused produce. ✧☾ What I Used ☽✧
Yams (skins on)
Carrots (skins on)
Red Pepper
Celery (Stalk and Leaf)
Tuscan Kale
Turmeric ground
Garlic Flakes
Chilli Flakes
Cumin ground
Himalayan pink salt
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
✧☾ Directions ☽✧
... Chop up Yams, Carrots and Peppers
... Slice up Celery and Kale. Mix spice and garlic together in a bowl
... Boil Yams and Carrots to a large pot of water
... Bring to boil and reduce to a simmer for 30 minutes
... Stir through the spice and garlic
... Add sea salt, Celery and Capsicum for a further 15 minutes
... Add some Olive oil and Kale, simmer for another 20 minutes
