Pizza 'Kal Sal Mozz Spin'

~ GF Decadent Cheat Days Pizza ~
'Using gluten free pizza base turns my fav treat into healthful.
Usually topped with cleaner toppings this pizza was a splurge and treat with extra hot salami. Sprinkled over with shavings of mozzarella, kalamata olives, onion and spinach. With dollops of sun dried tomato paste. Don't forget there's more post Links at the end of this creation. Enjoy :D'

... What I Used;
Basil and Garlic Tomato Paste
Baby Spinach Leaves
Thin slices of Mozzarella
Kalamata Olives
Extra Hot Salami cut to strips
Slices of Onion
Spinach leaves
Oil Spray 'E/V Olive' (Link)
Gluten Free Pizza base
... Spread tomato paste over the base
... Sprinkle with Onion and leaves
... Scatter over the salami
... Dollop the Sundried tomato paste in the centre and top with mozzarella
... Spray over some extra virgin olive oil
... Bake for 25 minutes in a moderate oven
... Chopped up some RAW cucumber skin and all to balance things out
