Syrup 'Lemon Tang'

~ Zero sugarcane syrup that adds a lemony citrus tingle to Puddings and Treats ~
'Natural, juicy and oil free sweetener Sauce to top sweet starchy

... What I Used;
Arrowroot flour
Lemon Juice
Stevia or Honey
Lemon rind
... Grate up and juice lemons
... Add arrowroot and some lemon juice to a small saucepan and mix well with a whisk to create an even sauce. Place over a low heat and add the rest of the juice and stevia or honey to whisk. Cook, stirring until the sauce thickens. Add the rind once desired thickness has been reached
