Oat Gingerbread 'Almond' Lemon Tang Top

~ Gingerbread heavy with oat flour and Almond top ~
Spicy ginger bread baked and topped with whole almonds, made with no
sugar or molasses. I still want to work on this one to give it more kick but love it all the same. This was topped with a Syrup 'Lemon Tang' (Link) but would be just as nice on its own. Don't forget there’s more post Links at the end of this creation. Enjoy :D'

... What I Used;
Oil Spray 'Rice Bran' (Link)
Rice Bran Oil
Puree 'Apple Pink Lady' (Link)
Cloves ground
Cinnamon ground
Ginger ground
Whole Raw Almonds
Norbu natural sugar free sweetener
Oatmeal Flour
Baking Soda
Sea Salt
Eggs
... Combine Dry bowl - Oat flour, Norbu, Salt and Baking soda. Add the spices to the mix
... Combine Wet bowl - Oil, applesauce and eggs
... Mix the wet bowl into the dry
... Spread to Non-stick Baking Stone-wear that has been coated with rice bran oil spray. Pat and smooth down before arranging the Almonds over the top. Baked in a moderate 45 minutes, in which you'll find the bread will come away from edges when cooled down enough
... Dress with syrup to serve or toast n butter as toasted bread
