Feed Day 'Heart of Bacon' on Toms


'Crispy edged natural, sugar-cane and gluten free bacon. Definitely my fav feed day food along with good quality
extra starchy carbohydrates mainly from super grains and starchy vegetables. Some refer to it as cheat days, which to me sends a mixed mental message along with approval of 'cheating' It's extremely important to acknowledge the benefits of shocking the body with super rich or not everyday nutrition 'food' On that it also doesn't pay to do this everyday or even all day long with lots of bad processed junk foods etc. You still want a nutritional bang for your caloric buck and fats really boost up recover/regeneration of those muscle cells taxed in the pursuit of a better body or function. This being said - meats that have this fat, one shouldn't be pouring out the oil to cook em. So, plan your next feed , enjoy and watch your body respond. ... What I Used;
  • Crispy edged natural, sugar-cane and gluten free bacon
  • Cherry Tomatoes
... Simply snip up your rashers, I eat the rind and all - VERY paleo way of eating. Add to a hot non stick fry pan
... Shape and fold into a heart, cooking for 2 minutes, flip and cook to the desired crisp. Serve up with RAW cherry tomatoes (Perfect Valentines)
... Oops nearly lost my Bacon :P
