taco 'sprout avo cheese sprinkle salad on buckwheat'

for the love of Mexican food gone vegan and gluten free

Turn a wrap into a taco shell simply by loosely folding in half and heating in the oven rack (draping the ends through the rack wires to form an upside down ‘U’) These are awesome commercial wraps made with buckwheat and soy flour (link) toasted with nutritional yeast (cheesy sprinkle) link and filled with crunchy salad. slices of avocado
cut up snow pea sprouts
small wedges of tomato

... Sprinkle water or even coat of extra virgin coconut oil
... Loosely folding in half and heating in the oven rack (draping the ends through the rack wires to form an upside down ‘U’) to coat the inside
