Bright red
diamonds of freshly made pasta goodness and no pasta machine needed – just a firm
hand. Packet is great for not getting hands dirty but when fresh can be
prepared and cooked in 4-5 minutes... The beetroot juice is used in place of
water and I use the simple water + flour method - half the amount of flour
measured in water, no drying out etc just mixing the dough, rolling out,
cutting up and straight into a pot of boiling water for 4 minutes. These
diamonds are super tasty by the way and if you don’t have fresh beets/juice the
juice from a can of beetroot will suffice (zero wastage) This was yummy with Meatballs Turkeybreast 'Saffron'
