Roasted Pot Hot Crisps 'Chilli spice'

~ Piping hot Potato crisps full of heat and Olive oil ~
‘A favorite spicy breakfast of mine with most things pre-prepared bar
the actual crisps themselves. Perfect with Cilantro, a lotus flower tomato, Guaco 'Gar Onion' (Link) and Ade 'Grapefruit n Pulp' (Link) - using Shakerspice 'Chilli' (Link) for extra kick at the table. Even though i have to wait the 45 for these crisps to bake I do like to munch on some strips of cold precooked steak in the meantime... ... What I Used;
Red potatoes
Iodized Sea Salt
Cilantro
Tomato cut into a lotus
Shakerspice 'Chilli' (Link)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray (Link)
Guaco 'Gar Onion' (Link)
Shakerspice 'Chilli' (Link)
Ade 'Grapefruit n Pulp' (Link) 
... Thinly slice washed potatoes with skins on. Lay on baking paper lined tray and dash with sea salt
... Spray with olive oil
And coat with sprinkles of the chilli powder. Bake for 45 on 200, serve up (turn over half way through baking if even more crispiness is desired)
... Serve up with shreds of cilantro, tomato cut into a lotus, Guaco 'Gar Onion' (Link) and Ade 'Grapefruit n Pulp' (Link)
