Noodle Laksa 'Black Kidney Bean Sambol'

~ Laksa flavor Glutenfree Arrowroot noodles with Beans and Sambol ~
‘My first crack at Laksa (Noodles) full of Black and Kidney beans
instead of meat. Surrounded with fresh cilantro and topped with a dab of sambol sauce – it was amazing. I finally got around to using those Gluten free Arrowroot Noodles (Link) Don't forget there’s more post Links at the end of this creation. Enjoy :D'
From Chapter 02 Grain Starchfit (C)Link
... What I Used;
4 tbsp of Organic Laksa paste
2 cups water
2 cups pure coconut cream
Extra virgin Olive Oil
A tsp of sambol per served up dish
Massive bunch of Cilantro
Cooked boiled Red Kidney beans
Cooked boiled Black beans
Gluten free Arrowroot Noodles (Link)

... Boil up noodles in a pot of boiling water for 4 minutes and strain 
... Heat oil in pot and heat up paste for a couple of minutes, before stirring through the coconut milk/cream
... Stir through water, then beans
... Cover and simmer over low for 10 minutes. Stir through noodles and heat through for a couple of minutes before serving up
... Cut up washed drained cilantro and mix some through the sambol sauce
... Serve up noodles surrounded with cilantro and a dash of sambol ontop
... Perfect lunchboxes
