What I Used;
4 tbsp of Organic Laksa paste
2 cups water
2 cups pure coconut cream
Extra virgin Olive Oil
A tsp of sambol per served up dish
Massive bunch of Cilantro
Cooked boiled Red Kidney beans
Cooked boiled Black beans
Gluten free Arrowroot Noodles (Link)

... Boil up noodles in a pot of boiling water for 4
minutes and strain

... Heat oil in pot and heat up paste for a couple
of minutes, before stirring through the coconut milk/cream
|
... Stir through water, then beans
|
... Cover and simmer over low for 10 minutes. Stir
through noodles and heat through for a couple of minutes before serving up
|
... Cut up washed drained cilantro and mix some through the sambol sauce |
... Serve up noodles surrounded with cilantro and a
dash of sambol ontop
