Golden and Dark Jumbo Raisins and scatterings of Cranberries, full of spice. Perfect Gluten free bread which is an awesome and healthy substitute for traditional Xmas cake. It can also be cut into cubes, topped with PURE Coconut Cream as Cereal or hot with a knob of Organic Butter. Baked like a cake and in 30 minutes. Only 30g of fat and in the whole loaf with hardly any sweetening required. We had this Bread cake with Gluten free and sugar cane free (of course) Warm Custard 'Smooth Brandy 0 Alc' (Link) and Ice 'Cranberry Cubes' (Link) in water, as part of Xmas Lunch 2014.
