Sweet Cornbread 'Cran Dble Raisin Cin'

~ Berry Cinnamon Corn Bread, the perfect Cereal Replacer ~
'Coconut sugar and Dutch Cinnamon dusted Cornbread, baked with 
Golden and Dark Jumbo Raisins and scatterings of Cranberries, full of spice. Perfect Gluten free bread which is an awesome and healthy substitute for traditional Xmas cake. It can also be cut into cubes, topped with PURE Coconut Cream as Cereal or hot with a knob of Organic Butter. Baked like a cake and in 30 minutes. Only 30g of fat and in the whole loaf with hardly any sweetening required. We had this Bread cake with Gluten free and sugar cane free (of course) Warm Custard 'Smooth Brandy 0 Alc' (Link) and Ice 'Cranberry Cubes' (Link) in water, as part of Xmas Lunch 2014.

Medium Grind Cornmeal
Oatmeal Flour
Baking Flour
Eggs
Oil Spray 'Rice Bran' (Link)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
RAW Coconut Sugar
Dutch Cinnamon
Skim milk
Giant Golden Raisins
Giant Dark Raisins
Frozen Pitted Cranberries to top
Corn flour Masala
... Combine Dry bowl - Corn flours, Oat flour, Coconut sugar and Baking powder, before stirring through the raisins. Crack eggs in another bowl
... Add skim milk, and a little Rice bran oil. Add to the dry bowl and combine. Spread to Non-stick Baking Stone-wear that has been coated with rice bran oil spray. Pat and smooth down before sprinkling PURE RAW Coconut Sugar
... Sprinkle over some Dutch Cinnamon powder before scattering over some cranberries. Press them in a little
... Bake in 35 minutes on moderate, in which you'll find the bread will come away from edges when cooled down enough
